EmergeTek

EmergeTek is a Joint Venture (JV) established by ADG Tech Consulting and REI Systems to leverage their unique capabilities and provide government customers with optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and delivery. In 2006, ADG began working with REI as a subcontractor a on REI's Electronic Handbooks contract at the Health Resources & Services Administration. Over the years, they have collaborated on various projects, including their first joint venture in 2009, eSTARS Enterprises, which won the GSA STARS II 8(a) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and a contract from the SBA for modernizing the SBA.gov website.

Under the STARS II contract, ADG and REI successfully executed multiple task orders for agencies such as the Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). When the STARS II contract expired, ADG and REI established another JV called, ADG-REI Technology Ventures and won the NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3 contract in both the 8(a) and Small Business categories. This allowed them to continue their excellent performance on mission-critical programs for agencies like the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and several others. 

EmergeTek, as a small business JV, combines their collective experience, successful collaboration in bidding and winning task orders, and a strong track record of past performance.
